CANCELLATION POLICY:  

In order to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability, we require 24-hour notice (haircuts) and 48-hour notice (color services) for cancellations and rescheduling. Due to high demand and last-minute cancellations - new clients are required to provide a credit card number to reserve and appointment. If the Cancellations policy is not upheld may be be subject to charge. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may also be refused for service and charged the cancellation fee.
